if and or formula?

I have a formula that currently is working correctly as it is. The
current formula gives me a total of 4 columns(A2,B2,C2 and D2) into E2 as
long as the total is greater than zero. E2 now gives me that total or a blank
("").
But i want to add another criteria to it. I want the formula to
recalculate E2 to state "Do Not Buy" if E2 is greater than zero but F2 is not
greater than zero. When F2 is equal to or below zero E2 is already equal to
zero, so I would like it to continue to give a blank ("") in E2.

thanks in advance,

E2>0, F2 <=0 .... "Do not Buy"

BUT if F2<=0 , you say E2 is ALREADY 0, so this conflicts the above.

Or do you mean ...

F2 <=0, E2=0 ...set blank

Or don't I understand?!
