IF AND Function

Hello,

Any suggestions on how to set up a formula for the below problem:

In once cell I'd like to return if true "Underwrite Now", and if false
return "Don't Worry"

Cell A1, if between 7 and 100, then return true

OR

if cell A2 is between 2 and 100, return true
