IExplorer.exe-Application error

After installing the SP2 update to XP (Home addition),
I'm starting to see the following error every once in a
while.

The instruction at "0x0610fd54" referenced memory
at "0x02a91ed6" The memory could not be "read" click OK
to terminate the program.

The version of my iExplorer is:
6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158CO

Can someone tell me what this is and if I need to adjust
some setting(s) to stop this error message?

What's shown under Tools -> "Manage Add-Ons"?
Are you running the program in compatibility mode?
