IExplore Problems

While I am on the internet it will automatically give me
this message and shut down. Sometimes it will say
USER.EXE as well. Please help me! I am getting
frustrated! I have reinstalled IE multiple times and have
used scan disc. Nothing seems to be working! Thank you
so much for your help!!!
