IEXPLORE OVERRIDES MY WINDOW EVERY 30-40 SECONDS! I NEED HELP!

Its a pop-up that keep generating evry 30-40 seconds. After it does this
about 600 times (I check history) my cpu gets really slow and stops
funtioning properly thereofre i just restart it.

-My homepage is set to "about:blank" and when i change it, it just goes
right back to "about:blank"

-I have tried 6 different spyware programs including ADWARE SE

-I cant reinstall windows right now, its the last option for me.

Does anyone know how to help?

Have you tryed Windows Defender:

Try this: Windows Defender screen; click down arrow to the right of the Help
? and click About Windows Defender. Post the 3 levels you are on. Under
Windows Defender History, post the message text for the detected issue
including the resources (i.e., the names) - just the unique messages (not all
600). Clear WD History. Now go to Tools->Options and turn off real time
protection. Now click the down arrow to the right of Scan and click Full
Scan. Post the results of your Full Scan and also post if you are still
getting those messages in History. You mentioned that you had scanned your
system with other tools. Please identify. This information is necessary to
provide an understanding of your problem and any potential resolution.
