When I have accessed page(s) using a plug-in such as Sun
Java or Acrobat reader and then closed I.E., it sometimes
leaves a non-responding process of both the plugin and
iexplore in memory. This is noticeable when I come to
shutdown, and I have to close them menually.
I am totally confident there are no viruses or spyware on
my system.
I'm slightly concerned in case it is a hardware problem,
but puzzled as all the applications seem to work
perfectly in every other respect.
It's WinXP, Athlon64 processor, 512MB RAM, Asus K8V SE
Deluxe MB.
Any thoughts much appreciated.
