iexplore.exe error on closing internet explorer

I am getting an error message everytime I close internet
explorer saying that can not find iexplore.exe. This is
also causing exporer to close down whenever I try and use
the keyboard - but this seems only to happen occasionally.
What can I do to fix this problem?

Hello!
look at the Event Viewer of control panel.The faults must
be logged here.
