Have you tried to integrate IE7 in to Win-XP SP2 Setup package?
(/integrate switch doesn't work)

As I read this it is now 1:11 PM, but according to your post, you posted @
1:40 PM. Fix your clock.

It does not matter where you are. The fact is that either your
computer clock is wrongly set or that you don't live in the
Tbilisi time zone. It's the same as if I lived in Paris and told
Windows that I was in the Moscow time zone.
