IE7 won't load webpages

Okay, IE7 seems to have taken external associations a bit too far. I
can't open a single webpage in IE7 cause it's not my default browser.
Every address I physically type in the address bar or click in the
bookmarks opens up into Firefox. Even "Windows Update" from the Tools
menu will load up in Firefox, not IE7.

How can I fix this? And no, making IE7 default isn't an option.
