IE7 not connecting

After installing I cannot get a connection, have done network diagnostics and
the Network adaptors failed-on DNSServer Search Order. I have no idea what
this means or how to resolve.Help please

Have you tried getting onto the internet by another way like a previous
version of IE?

You may just have to release and renew your IP address. I'm not that
familiar with IE7 since I don't have it installed, but maybe since you
installed it IE7 requires the DHCP server to give out new IP's. In your case
your IP may still be set for IE6. Not really sure though.

Go to Start, Run, then type in cmd.exe. Once the Command Prompt pops up type
ipconfig /release, then once that is finished releasing the IP type ipconfig
/renew. This will release your Internet Protocol Address, then renew it.
