IE7 Frozen on Vista

Guest

Everytime I open IE7, IE7 freezes and i am given the option to restart or
wait for it to respond.
If i click on restart it reports the problem and then reopens ie7 and again
it again it freezes, which leaves me witht he same options again.

Is there I can get IE7 reinstalled?

thanks

If you are annoyed by the erroneous messages from your web-based newsreader

press start
type "int" no quotes
press on the no add-ons version
start that
go to tools options
programs
manage add-ons
disable all of them
start ie normally
try re-enabling them one at a time to find the one that is crashing

I had the same problem. Tim's solution fixed it (thanks Tim!). The add-on
that was causing problems was "SSVHelper Class" from Sun Microsystems, Inc.,
a Java add-on.
