IE7 can not read MHTML Document

I saved a message from this newsgroup using IE7. It has been saved as a
MHTML document. When I click on the icone the message appears for one or two
seconds and than vanishes.

I am left with IE7 and the following:

Warning: This page requires the use of scripts, which your browser does not
currently allow.

What do I have to do to allow the browser to read the message.
