IE7 Beta 2 Connot change the colors on the tabs

In IE7 Beta 2, I Connot change the colors nor the font colors on the tabs, is
there a way to fix it? I cannot see the letters on the tabs

the recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:
