Don't know what to tell you... it's something about your particular computer
or installation, because I'm able to use IE7 or FireFox to access just about
anything with Vista.

Are you using a proxy? What's your ISP? Do you know what DNS server you're
using? Are you going through a router?

Do you have a hardware firewall/ router that might be blocking your PC
on other than port 80 outbound?

Do you have some odd entries in the Hosts file?

Were these clean installs?

Some drivers changed between releases. Yours may be one of those that
is now incompatible with RCx. (Nvida version for my FX5200 graphics
is my problem child :/, the Nvidia network ones works fine. X86, AMD
XP2600+, 1.5G ram)

if you have nothing worthwhile to say don't say anything at all. If you
hate the program why are you in this forum?
