My son says 50% of his users for his website are now using Firefox.
Perhpaps there is a good reason why.

Open Internet Explorer> Click Tools > Internet Options> Click the
Privacy tab.
Click the Advanced button.
Uncheck the Override automatice cookie handling checkbox.
-or-
Click Accept or Prompt for both First-party cookies and Third-party
cookies.
Check the Always allow session cookies checkbox.
Click OK.
Click Apply.
Click OK.

Are you using any third party software which is not allowing cookies to
enable?

If you log on to another account which has administrative rights does
that also show same problem?

Disable firewall and retry.Make certain your time, date, and time *zone*
settings are all correct.

If the problem still persists then kindly post in the following newsgr.:-
