ie6 will not allow me to customize search engine

ie6 will not allow me to customize the search engine when
I select the customize button. Something called premiere
first has taken over the search functions in ie6. How do I
get rid of this annoyance?

When you click on the search button, it should come up
with a search companion. From there, go the the change
preferences. From a list of options, select "change
internet search behavior". This should give you a list
of search engines to choose from. Hope this helps!
