IE6 - Webpage won't refresh when start browsing

I have MSN set as homepage. When I open IE6, I get the last version of the
page it loaded, even if it's days old. Can be cleared by erasing temp files,
but this ionly solves it for one incedent. Other web pages seem to be OK
 
Check your browser cache (Temporary Internet Files) use settings in IE at -
Tools...Internet Options...General tab...Settings button. Change to Every
visit....or Every time.....

If this does not resolve this issue, then there could be a problem with your
TIF folder - totally delete it:
