IE6 toolbar customization

Hello,
Can someone please help me with loads of customizations that i want to do
with my IE6 toolbar apart from the normal customization options provided by
IE. I am using Windows 2000 professional. For example,
1. When the text option for toolbar buttons is chosen as "Show selective
text
on the right", is there anyway we can choose the buttons for which the text
should appear?
2. Can i customize the existing text attached with each of the buttons ?
3. Can i add additional buttons to the toolbar with my customized
functionality ?
4. On installing MSN Messenger, the IE toolbar doesnt display a button for
invoking the messenger. I remember it used to appear before, untill my
machine got formatted.
5. The toolbar buttons get colourful when mouse hovers on them. Can they be
made colourful all the time... (and maybe they become B&W when hovered) ?

Any help will be appreciated.

No.

No.

Right click the toolbar and choose Customize.
Add the Messenger button.

5. The toolbar buttons get colourful when mouse hovers on them. Can
they be made colourful all the time... (and maybe they become B&W
when hovered) ?

Yes. Install WinXP.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks a lot Frank. Though it was very sad to learn that none of my desired
customizations could be achieved even in a such highly customizable
enviornment as that of Microsoft Windows.
Anyways. But as for the MSN Messenger toolbar button, it doesnt even appear
in the left hand panel of the available buttons list. So i m not able to add
it to my toolbar. Any hope here ?

Sorry, but no idea. If Messenger is installed the button should be there.
