IE6 R6025 pure virtual function call error

I have a web site that uses the Microsoft RDP ActiveX
control. The site has been running for several years.

Now some IE6 users are reporting that they get the error

R6025 pure virtual function call

when they try to use the control. I have read KB 125749
and it seems to indicate that there is a bug in the IE C++
code.

My question: Is there any way that I can easily get the
user to provide me with all of the IE patches that are
installed and all of the IE options that are set so I can
try to reproduce the problem?
