Ie6 Problem

Hi
all
I run setup for IE6.0 after installation when I click on "Help" Menu --
About Internet Explorer

a dialog box comes it is showing cipher strength: 56 bit

same as ie 5.5

I have downloaded the setup file from the Microsoft.com

sp1 is also instaleed with IE 6.0

then why it is showing cipher strength: 56 bit instead of 128
I reeun the setup but no use.
How do I remove the error in installation of IE.
