IE6 Problem

I have been receiving this error message for the past 2
weeks and can't figure out what is wrong or how to fix it.
I have even restored my computer to an earlier date in
hopes of it working correctly but to no avail. This is
what the error says :

AppName : iexplore.exe
AppVer : 6.0.2800.1106
ModName : mshtml.dll
ModVer : 6.0.2800.1226
Offset : 00089920

After I send the error report it closes all my IE windows.

i uninstalled yahoo companion
and so far IE is working fine
too bad i liked having yahoo companion
i guess i'll have to get used to not using it again

Note: when you saw the "*" in the URL they were tracking *every* site you
visit!
