IE6 not loading new Windows.. Need Help :(

Whenever I click on a link that would bring up a new
window, that widnow will not load. I have to hit ESC
then ctrl+R to refresh it and then (most of the time) its
fine. There are, however, instances where the window
cannot be refreshed, or gets errors when tried; and I
really really need these windows.

This has been going on for a few months now. When I sit
and think about it, I did uninstall Pop-Up Stopper from
Panicware. Maybe there are some files left that are
inhibbiting the new windows?

Any help is very very much appreciated!!

(re-register all DLLs listed in this KB article)

Installing the latest Cumulative Patch for IE may solve the problem as a
side-effect. Check in at Windows Update.
