IE6 is loading a new page every time the enter key is pressed

I have recently been experiencing a rather strange
problem. It seems that every time I press the enter key
while in IE6, even in a message box like the one I am
entering this message into, IE is loading a new page and
shifting the focus away from the current page that I am
on. This new page is not displayed, and there is nothing
in the Taskbar to click on. However, I happen to be a low
vision user with a screen reader. The screen reader can
read this "invisible" page in its entirety, so I have
determined that the page being loaded is 3d-images.org.
When I go to this page, it looks exactly like what my
screen reader reads to me every time I press the enter
key. I have tried the following steps to get rid of this
annoyance.

1. Running IE without my screen reader and screen
magnifier (a product called ZoomText) running. This makes
no difference, except that there is no way to tell what
page is being loaded.

2. I have deleted the cookies, temporary internet files,
and history from the IE tools menu. This made no
difference.

3. I have reset the internet options to the defaults in
IE. This also made no difference.

I am not sure what else to try, but was wondering if
anyone else has experienced this problem and has any ideas
on how to get rid of it? I would appreciate any help or
suggestions anyone might have. If you have seen this
problem, you may not have known what page is being loaded
without the screen reader software to read it.

Thanks,
Karey

Dealing with Unwanted Spyware, Parasites, Toolbars and Search Engines

Thank you Mac for your quick response.
Unfortunately, I have spent several hours today going
through the steps suggested on the web site you gave me,
and I still have the unwanted page being
launched "invisibly". While there were several things I
was able to clean up which might likely cause me problems
in the future, the main reason I began asking about this
is still not fixed. Any other more specific suggestions
as to what parasite this might be, etc. would be
appreciated. I guess I may need to take this question to
one of the forums recommended on the site you pointed me
to.

Again, thanks for your help,
Karey
