My installation of IE6 has been corrupted and I can't
replace it. A program called EXPLORER is being run at
bootup and when I try to stop it (ctrl/alt/delete followed
by "end task") so I can re-install IE6, it pushes me to
the shutdown screen. Very frustrating. How can this be
fixed?
