"I never saw the prompt for the cookie. (

I get 6 (cookie) prompts from hsn.com on entry, and 2 more on exit.

Is "hsn.com" listed? If exists is it set to "Always Block"?

Are you using a Firewall or "filtering software"?
Several of these are known to cause problems:
1) Zone Alarm Pro [Private Header Info - enabled?]
Reset "Ad Blocking" and "Cookie Control" to "medium"
"Mobile Code Control" = Off
2) Symantec (ISS\NIS)[Enable Browser Privacy - enabled]
Active Content - "Allow All Script To Execute"
Problem: some sites cannot detect the 128 bit encryption
Solution: Completely remove and reinstall NIS.

3) Any "ad blocking" software that blocks "http_referer"
or contains entries that are blocking access to the desired site.

Robert,
My results below.
On Orbitz, if I deny the first script prompt, I immediately get another.
Whether I deny or accept the second one doesn't seem to matter - either way,
the page loads, and everything seems to work except for the calendar options
in the middle of the left column. No calendar pop-ups, and the option for
"flexible dates" doesn't work. Which I guess indicates there's a problem in
the script for that component. Unfortunately my coding skills are too weak
to be able to figure out the exact command in the source that's causing the
hang up.
still
Yeah, I had to do about: blank, too. The script returns:
";sp1;Q330994;Q832894"
On HSN, if I denied the first prompt, I get a prompt about ActiveX. Doesn't
matter whether I accept or deny that, the rest of the page loads. I never
saw the prompt for the cookie.
On ABCNews.com, if I deny the first prompt, I get 3-4 prompts about ActiveX
and a 3-4 about cookies, but the page loads.
Yeah, I never had a problem with my.yahoo - I just threw it in as a control.
So it seems there's some problem with the first script to run on each of
these pages. Can you suggest further troubleshooting ideas?
Thanks for your help,
Jeremy
