IE6 Favourites will NOT DRAG...

When i try to sort my favourites out.. i cant not drag
them to where i want to..... i accidentally hit sort by
name and that sorted them by name and i want toput the
mostly used ones on top!.. it was workign before wiht no
problem..i could drag them.. but now IE6 will not respond
when i drag them to where i want.. the favourites windows
just closes and they dont get moved! please help!
 
OK i AM ALSo noticing that i can not drag items in my
start menu either.. so i think this is a problem other
then IE6...
