IE6 Explorer loads new frame on a new page

Hello,

I have a .Net ASP.Net application that uses frames. When
I click on a link which is designed to show the page
within a frame within the current page, the IE6 loads it
as a new page. This is only happening on my PC. It works
on other PCs which has identical IE6, O/S.

Please help as I cannot find out which settings controls
this.

Found the cause, when I set my home page to be
www.bbc.co.uk and then go to my site the frames no longer
works.
