update version SP1)I recieve this popup error message:

(TitleBar:) whaimager
(message:)! Run-time error '9'. Subscript out of range.

It pops up when I open a webpage in Internet Explorer.

A. online.

B. from the start menu or desktop icon.

C. cause it to open by clicking an internet shortcut in
the favorites menu.

D. Re-open a page from IE's "New / Window" menu.

E. Right click a photo on the web choosing open in new
window from context menu.

It usually pops up when the page is between 75% to 100%
loaded.

NOTE: The only exceptions are when
A. I'm off line and open IE with home page set to "use
blank page"

B. Use IE to open a "photo" located on my PC's hard drive.

C. Open a webpage I have saved to my PC.
