IE6 does not work on all user accounts HELP!!

I am running winxp home edition. I have installed all patches on it office
and ie6. I have three user accounts n my PC. Two of the three accounts IE6
works fine. On my duaghters account it does not work. I have deleted the
microsoft / internet explorer folder in her user account then cut and paste
the folder from my account into hers. It still does not work.
