IE6 closes

When I select certain webpages, IE appears to begin load,
but closes completely. This problem repeats when I go
back to the same site, but does not happen all the time.

Does anyone have an idea /fix?

I am experiencing the same problem.. However, it is not intermitant. It happens EVERY time I go to certain web sites. But the web sites appear to have nothing in common nor are they particularly complex. Have you received any feedback on this problem??

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.
