IE6 closes when it wants to

Hello,

I am running Windows XP with IE 6 with SP 1 and am up to date on all windows
updates. I will be online and have 2 or 3 windows open...(I use att.net
dialup)...when without warning all IE windows close....If the mail or news
is open on outlook, they stay open...The connection stays active and the
time online is never the same,,,, I have the popup stopper (panicware) that
ATT issues to members.....this problem has started over the last 2
weeks....I have run defrag, disc check, disc cleanup, norton anti-virus, and
still this occurs.
Have also done adware check, spybot and spyblaster as well as other checks
for malicious programing with no resolution.

Any ideas? solutions?

Please get the last Security Update here:
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp

And see if it helps.
