IE6 browser inoperative

Neil

Can't get into IE properties and determine connections.
Opening IE results in a hang.
Can't open System in Control Panel.
Found W32/nachia.worm (W32.Welchia.worm) and removed.
My windows task manager indicates that the rundll.exe is
hanging. Have to manually stop it.

Do I need to remove rundll.exe and extract the original?
How do you do that?
