I have dial up and i want to make aol my home page for internet explorer and
when i type www.aol.com in the internet options aol does not come up.some
advise. please

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Go to your desired homepage.
3. In Internet Explorer, click Tools>Internet Options; you'll see the
listing for the homepage. Click "Use Current Page", Apply/OK out.

What you left out when you typed it in, Pam, was the "http://" part that
precedes the "www". i.e. http://www.aol.com

But by far the easiest way to set a home page is like Malke said... go there
and in Internet Options click [Use current] in the Home page area.
