ie wont stay closed in rc1 5600 build?

ie wont stay closed in rc1 5600 build? I have an always on internet
connection. some service or proccess is always saying 'ie stopped working'
and then it says 'ie is reopening' anyone?
 
It would be helpful if you told the group where the messages are appearing.
Your post isn't clear. Also does anything happen, like an IE window
launching?
