IE won't redirect

IE 6.0.2800.1106 frequently will not redirect. Here are
two recent examples:

<meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="1;URL=index.asp">

<meta http-equiv="refresh"
content="0;URL=pages/1/index.htm">

I am running IE 6.0 under Windows ME, all current updates.

Please help!

I just made an upgrade from IE5.5 to IE6.0. Now I have a problem, that I. E.
is not working with any HTML tag:
e.g.<META http-equiv="Refresh" content="0;URL=/....">
Answer: I found it.
In the IE-Options->security, I had to allow "META REFRESH".
