IE Won't let me access any pages

Don Flak

I have a cable connection and can receive email. When i
try to access the internet, I get the following error..

The page cannot be found and the following address
appears in the address line....

C:\WINDOWS\system32\notfound.html

Because I cannot access the internet, I cannot use any
online diagnostic tools and unfortunately I am unable to
locate my system resource / recovery disk.

Any suggestions...

Thnaks, I'll try. I am already running Bulletproof
Adaware, but I'll try the spybot and see what it finds.
 
Amazing.....

I have run Bulletproof for a long time on every boot and
still get hijacked. One download of spybot and 5 minutes
later, 194 problems found and fixed and I'm back up.
