IE toolbar text not showing.

My problem concerns the IE toolbar. When I right click the bar where the
back, forward, home, etc. buttons are, it shows a list of available toolbars
to use. I recently installed Norton Personal Firewall and I have an option to
show it next to me Adress bar. The icon shows up fine, but its that when I
right click I don't see "Norton Firewall," but it has a check next to it. If
this is confusing see a diagram below...

This is what it should look like:
(checkmark)Standard Buttons
(checkmark)Adress Bar
(checkmark)Links
(checkmark)Norton Firewall

But this is what I have now:
(checkmark)Standard Buttons
(checkmark)Adress Bar
(checkmark)Links
(checkmark)___________
*line equals empty space.

I was wondering how I can fix it to say the words. Thanks

This is one of those annoying bugs in IE that's been around since at least
version 5.0 and never been fixed. I don't use Norton, but I had a similar
issue with the Google toolbar. Using this procedure fixed it for me:
