IE Throbbers

I know that using Tweak UI for XP you can change the IE throbbers. Does
anyone know where the heck I can find them. I am not artically inclined so
I cannot create them myself.

PS .. Just in case someone dont know what the throbber is ... it is the icon
in the upper right hand corner ... the default is the xp logo.
