IE switching windows during download

Hi.

Please help! How do I prevent the IE from switching
windows once the page is fully loaded.
I hate this feature!!! I start a search on one topic in
one window, I open another one, start typing in there and
BOOM!!! I am typing half of word back in the first
window, because this stupid IE switched it!

Please help, I have been trying to turn this damn thing
off, but do not know how!

Thanx for your time
John

With all due respect, That's not a processor and RAM
issue. Sometimes you go to graphics intense web sites and
it takes a while for them to download, evene with a
broadband. When the download is completed, that's when my
computer switches the window to show me that it's done.
Also I noticed it happens with other programs too. I am
scanning my HD for viruses or spyware, the process is in
the background. As soon as it gets done, that window pops
up. It drives me nuts!

It depends. You may have to disable active scripting.

BTW this question has been asked and answered many times before.
