I have a Windows XP SP2 laptop from which I made a connection to my dialup
ISP. I logged on locally to the laptop itself and it all worked fine.
Then I joined the laptop to a domain via it's built-in wireless network
capability. Using this wireless network connection I was again able to
successfully browse the internet, no problem.
Now when I logoff the domain and logon locally, I can connect to the ISP via
dialup OK, but when I come to browse now, all I get is "Page cannot be
displayed" DNS error.
When joining the domain, something must have happened, but I don't know
what. Can anyone help me?
