IE Steals focus!

Hi,

I have found a really annoying (feature?) with IE. When I have
multipule IE windows open and, for example I sign into a web site
perhaps web mail, then navigate away from the page to another open page
/ window, the web site that I was signing into suddenly and without
warning steals the focus away from what I was doing in the second
window which I was working in, to the first window and it really pisses
me off! How do I stop it, if I can stop it without installing Firefox..?

Minimize the window that is stealing focus.

Also, the TweakUI powertoy for WinXP has a setting that may help prevent
this:
