IE Settings for all users

Wodulnt you do it the normal way of applying the GPO to a TS
Create an OU for the terminal server settings, and place the terminal server
computer inside that OU, then any GPO settings you set for that OU gets
applied to the terminal server.

Is there an easy way to provide settings for all users Internet Explorer. I
am doing it hard way by logging on as individual user and do the settings.

I know that it can be done for none terminal users by using Group policy
but I don't really have an idea how to do for terminal service users.
