IE search page re-direct

After browsing websites, IE suddenly moves to,
http://search.lycos.com/default.asp?
src=mm&loc=top50&query=adi+N3390+yahoocom+B1346493+8%

3Bclick+rd+yahoo+com+SIG+128kkeeum+M+292672+4884064+602324

- same window, this is not a popup
- always the same page

1)tried deleting cookies
2)resetting browser options
3)getting rid of searchurl and search options from
registry
4)already updated full scan of Symantic virus scan

Anyone know what to do to fix this?
