IE Script Errors

Xp Home is driving me crazy with Script Errors. I've searched the forum and
didn't find anything helpful since the usual answer of course is to "Disable
script errors" and uncheck "Show script error messages", which of course I
have done. Weather.com had 20 or more Script Error messages. "Do you want
to continue finding Script Errors........" answered "No" does not turn off
errors for that page!
Thanks

If you still get the script or runtime error messages after disabling
them in Internet Explorer, the problem might be that you have some
unwanted spyware or adware installed on your computer.
Scan your system with latest versions of Spybot,Search and
Destroy/CWShredder as well as Adaware.
Run all of them in safe mode.

Thanks very much for your replys. I went to Kellys today and downloaded 142,
then went to MS Radio Station and got two IE Script Error messages: Line 77
and Line 4. I had to clicked on "No" several times because every time I
moved the mouse, the message reappeared. If I clicked "Yes", the message
changed from Line 77 to Line 4 and back to 77 with "No". Couldn't get out of
the web page until I got my cursor off the page to go to the top tool bar.
Sounds like I've got a bug. I regularly run McAfee (automatically updated)
and AdAware (will check for updates today), but haven't done so in Safe Mode
in a few weeks. Very frustrated. I'll also get an additional spyware
program to back up AdAware. I'll come back after doing the above. Hope you
can continue to follow this thread after I get this done. I'll let you know
what happens......and thanks again folks.

I have current versions of McAfee, Spybot, Adaware, ZoneAlarm and have run
all in both Safe Mode and regular XP mode and downloaded the fix from Kellys
and STILL get IE Script Errors. The software above found some things that
have been deleted prior to this session. I went to MS Radio Guide just now
and still get IE Script errors. except I found I could get out of that page
without using the mouse by keying "N/ return" to close the message, which had
been reappearing with every mouse movement. Any other ideas, other than
jumping up and down on my computer? Thanks again.
