hello everone, recently i've reinstalled my os winxp, when i browse the
webpages,IE will show message as" IE RUNTME ERROR,DEBUG IT?" and the error
code,i don't have any idea how to resolve it,please give me some
advice,thank you:)

I don't know if you are able to access the internet, you
did not provide that information, if you are and what you
are trying is to avoid that runtime message, then you
must enable on you IE the Disable Script debugging
feature and the Display a Notification About Every Script
Error.
To do so: Tools/Internet Options/Advanced (Tab), and
there look for the mentioned features.

Many webpages are not perfectly coded and are buggy,
therefore they have runtime errors, most of them will be
able to be displayed normally regardless of their bugs;
that is exactly what IE does by disabling its script
debugger.

This may well be an error in a script (most sites seem to include
scripts one way or another). To eliminate that possibility, go to
Control Panel - Internet Options - Advanced and check 'Disable Script
debugging'; uncheck the 'Warn me of errors' immediately below, and click
Apply
