IE returns strange letters

When I typed the letters together "a l l" comes out as ~~~ Also happens to
the letter combination "p i n g" - ~~~g. These are the ONLY letter
combinations it happens to, and happens to both upper and lower case.

This doesn't happen when I type these combinations on my key board, only
AFTER it goes over the internet, e-mails (come back if these combos are in
the address), web addresses (come back as unknown), and ~~~ on-line search
engines.

I've done/checked everything from virus scans, spyware scans, language
checks, keyboard checks, ~~~ default checks, emptied ~~~ catches, returned
everything I can think of to default, plus MANY other checks. Everything
reports working properly.

I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone with the teck from my internet provider,
who cannot think of anything else.

This started after I did the Feb. updates to SP2 which I have uninst~~~ed,
and reinst~~~ed.
OOPS the above words have a l l in them.

Any other suggestions? I NEED THESE LETTER COMBO’S FOR MY JOB!!!

Dump your teckk "with the teck from my internet provider"

Hook up with a real tech and not a teck neck
Update at Microsoft WIndows Updates then ask for the next step

Please remember some Spy Ware and Ad Aware will load and run in a normal
bootup and you may have to reboot into Safe Mode to run your Spy-Ware and
Ad-Aware to remove them and clean your applications and programs.

Folks who use AOL have a different browswer than everyone else, but they can
use Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) also.

If they use AOL the right click on photos or links may not work like IE.
Usually IE is in the Programs and you may want to test it.

With IE when the mouse pointer changes to a hand you can click the link or
photo to bring you to another link or page.

If your PC is slowing or hanging up, you may want to run the REAL Spybot &
Ad-Aware where they are at PC Magazine and also here;

There are many temp files that increase everytime you use your PC. Have you
deleted the temp files in C:\Windows\Temp\

Or, if you use XP the temp files are under your %user name% similar to;

C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name\Local Settings\Temp
