IE Pop-ups

OK, I'm having this for weeks now. Just randomly, when I'm
surfing with IE I get pop-ups. It's not from the page I'm
visiting. I get pop-ups from Google, Microsoft ... and so
on. Is it normal? Or is there something wrong with my pc?
