IE not shown pages in 2nd window

When i try to open a page in second ie window through a link in the existing
open one (main ie window) it happens the following:
The new ie window opens totally blank (even to the address bar).
When i press stop the linked address (for the new page) appears in the
address bar of the new ie window and then, if i press the refresh button the
new ie window shows ok the linked page.
This is not happened if the new page opens in the main ie window (it opens
normally).
What is going wrong? This happened a while after i install the SP2 of window
XP.
It does not seem to be a problem from the pop up blocker.
