IE Not loading content

I have a problem with IE 6. I have noticed that some pages
that I need to access, personal accounts, etc., will not
load in IE 6. I have done trouble shooting with the IT
desk for my company and we cannot figure out the problem.
One thing is that when I try to access a particular page
that is secure, it will load the page, but, when I try to
access my personal information on that page, nothing
happens. It makes no attempt to load any information.

In the About section of help, I notice that no Product ID
or Version or Encrption information is displayed. It used
to be there.

I have done a system scan with McAfee current scanner to no
avail.

I have run system file checker with no problems found.

I have reinstalled more time that I care to mention, to no
avail.

My OS is Windows XP Home edition.

I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how
it was addressed.

Thanks

I have a similar problem on secure sites. Some won't
display, my employer's webmail site, others shut down
abruptly, my bank. I tried downloading IE6 but my new
computer won't let me reinstall because the download
version is older than mine. Do I unistall IE6 first?

Got the same problem with Netscape, uninstall/reinstall
didn't work. Home XP

I had this problem, but it was hardware. I installed a
new router in line with an existing router. The routers
weren't able to handle the authentication ecapsulations.
I could access regular sites, but not eBay, my bank or
other authenticated sites.

I'm having the same problem but it's definitely not my router. There seems
to be lots of us with the same problem and nobody seems to know how to fix
it!
