IE menu bar

I have been unable to get out of Full Screen view in IE. Esc does not do it.
A limited toolbar does pop down from the top of the screen but it does not
include a menu bar, although Menu Bar is checked in Tools.

Does anyone know a way of getting normal view back?

Press F11; it's a toggle.
